after watching companies such as LGL,NCM,DOM double in value in the last couple of months it is time for companies such as SBM which is highly leveraged to the spot gold price to outperform in the short term.
Now that the macquarie stock overhang has been dealt with expect a very sharp upward re-rating of the stock over the coming weeks.
With the AUD gold price hitting $1530oz overnight and the expected increase in media coverage expect to see fresh retail and institutional money enter the junior gold space.
short term look for SBM to break above 50c in the coming days and test 60c within a month.
