The answer is "soon". The port should be ready any day now and the ore is already stockpiled. I'm sure there will be an announcement when it happens.

I've just seen your comment about Poseidon. Well, I wasn't there and I don't think the markets these days are comparable, but there does seem to be a bit of a mania about PGMs at the moment. What with platinum breaking $1,400 an ounce and the Noront thing in Canada. Also Platina (PGM) seems to have quite a following, and why not. We will see ... :)
