It has little to do with hydrology but EJ let your hydrologist ramble on for 3.5 hours? That must have been torture for the judge. I guess you could call it a strategy.
I just don't get how your burden of proof has been met, we know you started worshiping the spring from 2004 and it's now the centre of your religious practice. But what's that got to do with a a simple scoop up back hoe mining operation that is not an open pit mine, occurring two football fields away?
Paul Lloyd will like start at the closest vicinity and have those lithium reach clays nearest to the spring moved away first. Then it will be 5-10 football fields away from all the noise. Basically the same distance to Route 93 which can get busy at times.
Ivan didn't even know they were drilling until he took his dog for a walk back in 2018.

One autumn evening four years ago, Ivan Bender, a Hualapai man in his mid-50s, took a walk with his fluffy brown-and-white Pomeranian, Sierra Mae, to check on the ranchland he tends. Nestled in western Arizona's Big Sandy River Valley, the ranch protects Ha' Kamwe' — hot springs that are sacred to the Hualapai and known today in English as Cofer Hot Springs. As the shadows lengthened, Bender saw something surprising — men working on a nearby hillside.
"I asked them what they were doing," Bender recalled. "They told me they were drilling."
Despite being the caretaker and knowing what the typical surrounds of cofer springs sounds like, neither he or his dog had any idea drilling activity was going on until he started walking in that direction. If you cant hear the loudest activity in the closest area, how you going to be disturbed by scooping up of loose clay, which for the most part will be happening even further away?
You can pull the wool over the eyes of that tryhard A.G that's on a one way ticket to impeach city, but not the judge.
