Hasn't done much for customer relations
Two weeks ago I was charged (incorrectly) a direct debit fee from my investment account related to a trade and they refunded it no worries but the Indian givers slapped the amount onto my following two trades to recoup it.
It was not disclosed on the confirmed trades section, only on the paper work at 63$ cost for a trade that is normally $19.95.
