McLay bought a huge chunk of about 900 K not so long ago. He did sell for a quick profit 250 K odd some time back but still has a bit. Valuation wise this is undervalued as market is basically pricing in very minimal growth which is probably hesitancy about US growth. I agree that market is waiting on the outlook for the US expansion and will react accordingly. Having said that , for a long term investor it offers a good buying positiion if one is willing to hold longer term and obtain a good dividend yield. My conservative valuation is around 10 dollars for this one.
