    smile.png Hanging there by a fingerhold!!! But I am determine to hold tight for the next 3-4yrs (by then I shall be skin and bone and a whole lot lighter!!)

    A 1c divi will be very nice by next financial year ($8.1mil fully franked or $11.4mil unfranked of earning). But happy to get 0 divi if there are better deal around the corner: a good deal will worth a lot more as Mr. Market can become irrational and pay a lot more!!
