    The coservitive approach from both VIL/GGP in regards to their announcments from the beginning is a welcome change in comparison to some cowboy companies eg.(gdn).

    Due to this conservitive approach it makes me think that the upper case scenario in the presentation could be more like a mid case.

    I would love to be a fly on the rig ATM! Lol
