New management structure has purposely not tried to overhype things from what I understand but I don't think it would be unreasonable to not have Genentech simply make an offer if they deliver on these objectives end of this year or early next as opposed to simply cutting a new and larger deal ? Second time around - I mean if they can deliver Genentech's cargo via the cell endosomes then that's big business & Genentech or Roche always wanting to be ahead of the game would be applying that success across their whole portfolio. Still a price would be questionable if it's only trading where it is although Hocking's 25% would allow him to dictate I guess & where it currently is stock's basically not even trading so lack of liquidity probably points to price nowhere near here. Phylogica long held a figure around $250M for any acquisition in the past but who knows how that stands now although tech has now advanced significantly since that time.
