I asked about the apple - apparently it was to reflect a fully integrated solution like Apple provide.
As always there is no guarantee that Genentech get excited and move forward but the SP doesn't seem to reflect much potential so probably more upside from the next phase than downside from them walking away.
Regarding a buyout value - yes you are right the Hockings will decide - my feedback is very old on this but I got the impression at the beginning of this year the price was a long way from here but that was before Jannsen so who knows. As I have experienced before - once there is money on the table it gets very tempting.
