    This is a very disapointing announcment and this seems to happen time and time again.
    5% of an IF ????barrels of oil is pie in the sky stuff and the market will not be kind today.
    I can understand the Syrian problems so it makes me wonder why this mob even contemplated getting into this troublesome area.
    Ridiculous!!!!!!
