re: shares overpriced - director's sells! By my way of reading the two announcements, the director exercised 10000 unlisted options.

That is to say, he paid $35000 of his money to change the options to shares.

Maybe he will sell the shares, but there is no indication that he has so far.

As for overpriced... well the dividends are on the board, and the outstanding exploration results are coming in. Time alone will tell.
