Raise is $7m and spoken for
Consolidation done and trading as CLEDA
TS to become non exec at next meeting end of the month
JV/Off-take.....next 6 months or sooner
With the $7m will be debt free and sailing well.
If they can bring in a JV trading house from say Japan, I suspect something in the region of $30m plus, probably nearer $50m.
