    Well Well Well, what a difference a div makes.

    any thoughts on a re-rating once they pay the div.

    This has to be a good long term hold umtil atleast the next div, or do i have this completly wrong

    welcome any ramping comments on this up or down

    I intend to hold from a 28 cent buy in as i think it can hit the high 60cent range by year end
