Q, you obviously have a lot of time on your hands lol.. That's exactly how I see it.. I can not fathom how (as long as we have been informed correctly by MLS management) that we can lose this case outright.

I can though see some possibility of some damages being awarded to Mr A. on what grounds exactly I do not know but perhaps as some sort of 'political' decision. I would imagine the amount would not be too substantial but nonetheless could be in the vicinity of US$250k.

Namibia has a pretty good reputation for low soverign risk so a decision completely in favour of the plaintiff would set a pretty dangerous precedent imho..
