No one had heard of Yichang Xincheng Graphite Co Ltd until yesterday. Not much information on the company is even in the public domain. Plenty of websites with the same company blurb but not much else.

I'm sure Mr Boyle has helped make his broker pals a few tidy $$'s over the last week with the structured releases and 'pre-information' no doubt leaked to them. It's cases like this that highlight how weak the ASX and even ASIC are when it comes to regulation.

In only 90 mins more than half of the buyers yesterday have sold out. I hope it recovers some, but it's this sort of mess that puts a grey cloud on the graphite space.
