Come on mate, seriously there is a fair it of water to run before 2017, this is an baseline agreement which will stick until mid to late 2017. World markets will change in that time so why would anyone want to lock agreements set in stone when things can change.
This agreement is fantastic and management have done a tremendous job thus far fast tracking the development of this enormous project. TON is negotiations with other end users and is not restricted to sign off takes with any other end uses in yesterday's off take agreement.
We still have Ancuabe's super jumbo to develop, which battery maker will be the buyer of that?
