12K views is not 12K ppl! That 12K Views counts ppl going back and forth over the same article more than once and if they log out and back in or refresh the page between one share and another it will count as another view. Sure there is a lot of chatter but to think it has any direct impact on the sp is ridiculous. Hotcopper never has had any impact on share price! The people that impact on sp i.e. the larger holders and brokerage firms don't use HC for their source of information or decision making as nearly everyone on here posts emotionally not rationally!

It is more likely that you have people making quick profits combined with a massive gap needing to be filled hence the retrace coupled with a long weekend which breeds uncertainty and always has if you look at every year in the past share market always fluctuates wildly before major holidays!
