The quicker this deal gets done the quicker we can all get out cash and move on.... In reference to the 37% premium to today's prices....you have to realise that the majority, if not all HC SH have been holding prior to 'today's prices' and hence not happy with 45cents... And yes everyone takes a risk when investing, totally understand that and if the deals turns sour you cop it on the chin nice and sweet.... But you keep referring to it as if everyone should stop complaining as the are making 37% return on 'todays prices' That would apply if you bought stock today! And yes before you start...it is a 37% premium to 'todays price' and yes its better 45 than 32 or lower..
