The massive problem with any oossible 'rescue' type deals is that with these 'Financially Engineered' companies - you never know what side deals might be lurking regarding the monies owed. ie Market Cap Covenants.
Apart from the slight matter of how the heck are they going to re-finance all the billions and billions of $$$ of debt!
