remeber how not that many posts ago (2-3?)i told you about the auction in the 'city circle' sydney that didn't attract a single bid and agent explained that all the offers afterwards (till midnight that day) will be counted as bought 'at auction'....? ? ?
well, walked by the house today (work around there at the moment) and it is for sale now (so no sale even after the auction was a major flop and 'negotiations' went deep into midnight...he he he )...
one difference, mind you....at and around the auction time it was 'mid sixes'...
