    spidey-sense?

Is that instead of using rational thought?

As far as I know, nobody employed or connected with MSB in any way posts on the HC forums.

BUT as I am not connected with MSB other than as a shareholder I honestly do not have sufficient knowledge to be definitive on the topic.

My impression of the CEO, and it's only an impression mind, is that he plays by the book. He did not give me any inside tips or special information. He did not speak negatively about situations where he might otherwise be tempted, other than to say that the listing had been a lot more rough than expected and the market in the US had been challenging.

If you look at the failed Nasdaq listings which happened around that period, I think you might agree that he had a point. In this respect I found him to be restrained. Then I spoke with him about how the fundamentals had not changed except that we had achieved the listing and were set for the next round of announcements with in a much bigger investing environment. Plus we had the cash injection.

He was dismissive of the adverse report of seekingalpha but he also did so in a restrained way. I am not sure that he finds the workings of the markets and the hangers-on and machinations particularly admirable but that's not what he actually said; it's only an impression. I also gained the impression he cared a great deal about the patients that the technology can help. Saving lives seems surely rather more noble than trading and shorting, but maybe I have distorted values.

If this is anything to go by, and I agree it is only a small indicator, the company might indeed be run in an ethical way from the CEO down. I am not absolutely sure because I have never tried to pass a paper bag full of money at anyone in MSB in the hope of gaining information. Indeed, I just do not operate that way. Nor has a paper bag of money, or any other inducement or financial reward ever been offered to me by anyone connected to MSB.

Ethics, see? It's a novel concept and one which is worthy of being explored, even in these dark times. It's never too late for remedial classes for those out of touch with the concepts.

Yes, ethics. It's quite a threatening thought, that, and it seems rather to awful for some of you to contemplate. But I suggest that you give it serious consideration.

It seems to be conceptually a challenge for you to contemplate someone might post in here without any financial motive whatsoever. Novel even. And to mention standards or TOU guidelines? How weird is that?

Indeed, such a person would seems to be a curiosity to marvel at. Perhaps ridicule.

Perhaps I should have done the far less noble thing and anonymously TOU'd him. Would that have made you happier?
