interest rates on the rise globally.
Local property market to cool
consumer spending to soften and bad debts will continue to increase
interest rate and credit rate exposed stocks will continue to stagnate or some to even continue getting crushed
cash has never been so valuable over the next 12-18 months
all in my opinion, but enough research of factual data to support many reasons why, it isn’t the best time to buy stocks, property or crypto right now
