You have to understand how the market is treating gold explorers, CDR has just 75 million SOI and around 4 .5 million in cash, so EV is rated by market at zero so as the company spends money on wages , coffee, stationary and phone bills the market lowers the SP to reflect this spending, sounds crazy but thats what appears to be the case.
Imagine floating a gold explorer ATM, wouldnt like your chances..
