That's exactly it. The share price will drop at each 4c by whatever the monthly spend has been until management give the market a reason to get excited by something. i.e spend $750k for the quarter, sp will drop 1c. Market is thinking that they will raise funds before doing anything exciting, so will hold off their buying till they know the raise price.
