Gesaf never actually pulled out of the deal, the situation was that the Board decided to terminate the contract with Gesaf following their continual broken promises to make the subsequent payments following the EGM. Gesaf at no time every indicated they didn’t want to proceed and they were still making promises to pay as late as the 28th of September when we terminated the arrangement.
The good news is that we did stop these guys from converting their 750k to shares as well as cancelling any rights they had to any of the options. We are now in the process of trying to arrange a settlement of the 750k with their lawyers as it is my intention to give them as little of it back as legally possibleually pulled out of the deal, the situation was that the Board decided to terminate the contract with Gesaf following their continual broken promises to make the subsequent payments following the EGM.
