The facts deposed to in my comments in my previous post are not heresay as they were directly reported to me by ** *** with whom, over November 2012, I had dealings.
They are also reported in part, on the ASX anouncements relevant to SH ***'s transactions ("***"), or were directly reported to me by third parties who were directly involved in some of these transactions and ** ***.
I have written to HotCopper on matters relating to their interpretation of what 'heresay' is but HC has to date, failed to respond to my enquiry
Perhaps they don't really know how to distinguish 'hearsay' from reported and credible fact in this situation.
