Nor did I assert that the Baillieu Govt. initiated them or that it should get credit for drought-proofing Victoria [albeit at considerable cost to taxpayers]!

I do however recall all the mileage Ted made from creating the impression that he would end speed cameras, rid us of MYKI, make trains run on time, stop the desal plant cost blowouts etc.

Already a litany of broken promises with just the certainty of more to come - on top of gross economic mismanagement that appears to be returning the budget to Kirner era deficits amidst a total lack of vision for Victoria's future.
