I agree, Katter will most likely side with the Coalition fundamentally due due to the mining tax, and the other two will go with Labor, but what a way to Govern the country !
Labour will have to provide a speaker and then Govern with three independents and a Green - They had better hope that Rudd isn't gallivanting at the UN and that no one is sick or absent during voting.
If the Coalition remains in opposition, the best option will be to change back to Turnbull (provided he now recognizes that he must listen to his own party), and then prepare for another election in 6-12 months.
I suggest the Coalition will only be one bi-election away from Government, and Labor, Greens and the Indies will all have their own agendas which will cause disharmony and dis-function.
