I see no truth behind your allegation that every time the CEO goes on a business trip he does so to raise money and that he does not encourage market investment in the company he chairs.
The 70mn excrowed deal was received very positively by the market and the CR announced earlier this week was publicly planned more than a month ago as part of the relisting process.
Possibly a very good idea that you have sold your position as you do not seem to understand what is underway here.
