Regulatory are full of sh*t. They expect Star to interrogated every 2nd customer.
When a customer walks in they want to feel welcome, they should not be made to feel uneasy.
What they are asking is expensive and unacceptable.
The responsibility lie in the police force, if they doing their jobs these folks will not have dirty money to walk into the STAR in the first place.
