Adam Bell was a barrister at New Chambers involved in insolvency while Philip Crawford was involved in Juel Litigation, a class action funder charging 25% interest to plaintiffs who lose.

why did Adam Bell SC another recuse himself from Bell 1 and Bell 2? Is that not a total and undeniable conflict of interest?

AFP, NSW Police and the Crime Commission will need to protect the legal position especially in respect of movement and flight risk.

NSW Justice and regulation is now on trial, not Star Entertainment Group.

Star should seek maximum damages arising out of this sordid mess.
