And no I am not forecasting any take over at this point, firstly any take over will involve getting the government to agree to a more than 10% share holding, this will not be easy. That 10% share holder limit is part of the agreement of license.
Secondly, any take over party will want more clear air before making a take over offer (and even if they want to, they have to get past the 10% share holder limit, which means pre-approval with NSW government!!!!)
