Read the rest of the post and it says why, to sum it up for you, they need cash coz they owe 450m and their mine is losing money.
It might not be a cap raising, other punters have suggested takeover on the cheap, this is a possible scenario as well IMO. It could suit someone with no Nickel exposure and a lot of money to buy a nickel mine and put it into care and maintenance. But at what price? They owe 450m! As I mentioned earlier, BHP sold a much better Nickel mine for 340m USD. Therefore I stick with Capital raising, this way advisors can still get a couple of percent from the 'investors' the recommend buy it.
Probably not administration because the directors will lose there jobs, and Agency Theory dicates they will act in their best interests to keep their jobs at the expense of shareholders....
