I am neither BQT, nor smuggler bashing !!! - I am simply asking the odd question to obtain a better understanding myself, as to where BQT are really positioned ATM.

Perhaps you may be able to tell me ..... Have BQT a Patent on their IP that BQT have told is valued @ $9.5M and can you possibly point me to a Link advising of such??
