It was from the MD explaining the agreement and the reasons behind it - I have deleted it - I dont think he think it fair if I published without his approval. He is very happy with it and says that it was the best deal under the circumstances (ie) in oonywhoowhoop and the possible unknown costs that are now someone elses problem
Not sure if his presentation at the AGM has been posted, but it is all basically in there from what I have read here. He made a lot of sense and I have topped up.
Not so sure about Mark Gwynne's timing - that's another issue...........
