I'm not running a scare campaign. I'm not scared of the virus or vaccines. I'm not sure the same can be said about those arguing against the vaccine.
How do you think herd immunity works? It works through very large sections of the community having a decent level of immunity through catching the virus or being innoculated from it through a vaccine. The vaccines aren't effective enough to fully stop the spread, so it will spread once it has been decided that enough are vaccinated for it to only cause an acceptable amount of damage, rather than the amount of damage that has resulted in lockdowns and border closures around the world.
