You've got to look abroad to see that data. As you also have to to see data on spread and rates of serious and critical cases, or asymptomatic cases, because Australia's containment strategies have contained the virus - the sample sizes aren't big enough.
Although with this new Delta strain and it's ability to spread from fleeting contact, lockdowns around the world are not eliminating the virus by themselves anymore. They're just flattening the curve, as permissable lockdown activities like going to the supermarket can result in transmission - they didn't with the Wuhan strain. So a fair bit of data will come out of Sydney over the next couple of months.
