Can someone clarify the possibility that this is what the Bank of Amercia transaction might be doing?:
Does it indicate Regal aiding a shorting position?
I've heard a fund manager say " they won't short a stock, unless they believe in its future " - so, if Regal adopt this theory, lending few expecting short-term pullbacks for longer term gains & picking up a payment for lending part of their holdings?
Be pleased for someone to clarify this Bank of America holding position?
