It's been a while, page-19

I've spoken to Philippe before yes. First email he didn't reply to - as others here have experienced.
Following up I got a reply to my query - in it I quoted the companies own words from previous announcements and simply asked "is this still accurate"?
His reply was that I was asking market sensitive info and we could both get into trouble.
I replied that confirming what was previously announced is still the case is not market sensitive, and that if it's not true/has changed and they haven't updated the market then it's actually him who should be looking out.
Personally I invested here based on previous company announcements that machinery was commissioned and ready - I feel misled.

A few days later we got the Oct market update, with the passages I quoted earlier today. Guess he thought about it and decided I had a point...
