No idea who is buying up the shares at this price?? Actually I’m pretty confident I know who it is but no idea why? I can’t see the value at the moment… surely we need revenue of about $2m to justify a Market Cap of $15m or more? At $180k we shouldn’t even be worth $2m…. Dunno?? So much easier to play with Deltas and Theta on options contracts.

yesterday I sat through really good pitch of a medical startup that’s booking $250k revenue and is worth $2.5m, they are looking for funds to complete bits and pieces to land a further $400k in revenue from a client that will then provide the financial proof for another larger player to sign up for a $1m+ contract. Not a pipeline of mystery but actual contracts and terms for commercial roll out… the SAFE note on that has a $6m value cap and 15% discount with the $1m revenue being that financing trigger for SAFE to convert to shares. So when you sit through that sort of presentation it makes it even more difficult to understand the current share price of HMD??? Maybe Broward is about to roll out 15,000 licenses? Maybe GC Health is about to push HeraCARE into QLD Health and roll out statewide?? Maybe Nvidia is about to use HMD as a backdoor listing on the ASX??? Dunno mate???

Anyway mate, I hope you’re going well down in the Barossa and enjoying the test matches that really should be played on the hallowed field of the **ba… hopefully if we lose the tests we might still get HMD to the Brunswick Heads pub and have a great time in kayaks! I actually think that if I run a long enough extension cord I’ll be able to watch the cricket from the kayak..
