Who's holding the fort the secretary an Les Guthrie, not sure that's a good idea at this point but you only need 5% of the voting power to get that EGM to go down that path, personally I am inclined to wait awhile just to see what they come up with at the AGM before even contemplating any drastic measures such as those, bear in mind though the board would struggle to stop such a move given the thousands of retail investors voting power if an when holders decided such a move.
