Lesson that could/should be learned from all this is its more important to look at what management does than what management says . The writing was on the wall here with the Pattos future VWAP pricing cap raise - its the last port of call for a company to agree to one of those ( IMO ) dilution at multi year lows to raise a fraction of $$$$ what the company says is buried in the ground ! caveat emptor !!
