So after managemenet reccomended us over a year ago now to kick out the old board & vote them in, what have they done to improve shareholder value?

When the old board left we had a advanced uranium asset, advanced gold asset & few raw exploration assets, roughly $13mil in the bank, share price roughly .40's when they where kicked out, shares on issue roughly 70mil

New management came in sold every asset, changed IDG from a resource company to a investment company, diluted the company with a placement at .25 which was not needed, issued roughly 40mil options to directors, increased director wages from $325,000pa to $500,000pa, share price .49 with only support coming from the on market buyback, cash & investments roughly $60mil

So a year or so later how are we so much better off with this new management team, share price has done nothing to benefit holders over 1 year now, so we have more cash in the bank? if they just kept the advanced gold asset rather then spin it out IDG would be at minimum $1+ or would have been taken over by barrick all shareholder would have benefited, in the past year only the directors seem to have done well from IDG, $3mil+ each from the sale of the gold asset, wages now of $500k a year & a fat amount of options to benefit from if the share price ever surges higher.

If only we could vote again..
