Another possibility is buying the Hunter Valley coal rail operation of Aurizon (which it is acquiring as part of a mix of rail assets and must divest). They have a firm contract till 2030+ with Glencore to move coal to the Newc port. EBITDA of $130mpa.
Possibly buy for $500m and start shifting Bengalla coal also.
