BHP just ANN "BHP announces divestment of BMC interest".
Whilst Stanmore gave this ANN:

"Acquisition of an 80% interest in BHP Mitsui Coal Pty Ltd (BMC)"
Stanmore Resources Limited (“Stanmore” or the “Company”) (ASX:SMR) hassigned a definitive share sale and purchase agreement with BHP Minerals PtyLtd (“BHP”) to acquire, via a wholly owned subsidiary, its 80% interest in BHPMitsui Coal Pty Ltd (“BMC”) (the “Transaction”)

For what it is worth,
BMC achieved FOB revenue of US$989 million and EBITDA of US$217 millionin the 12 months ending 30 September 2021 (100% basis)
(Note 1 says these Results based on unaudited management accounts. )

So Stanmore become bigger in Production than Peabody, South32, Kestrel and Yancoal
