look at PDN driven down from around 2.60 to 1.35 cap raising announced at 1.20 for around 70 mil - it goes to 1.12 then two weeks later springs back to 1.75 (those 70 mil investors are sitting on 35 - 40% gains inside a month and the coy is now topped up with cash)
... there is often negative pressure on SP to show those new investors a lot of upside potential as quickly as possible so SP seems driven down.
If there is a desire to raise money soon we will see the SP pushed lower IMHO.... or maybe someone just wants to off load a few million shares - interesting that all that down pressure came at a time when things look positive and today they have completely disappeared - this shows some level of someone wanting the price down to me - who could this be I wonder?
Is anyone trying to make the price less? if so what do they have to gain?
