No I am not saying there is no chance that it will be done.
I just think that there is a decent chance of significant delays in any t/o if one is done, and that there is a decent chance that the hanlong bid may not proceed. The board has not yet given any indications that it will occur, only that it is under discussion.
If you read the later pages of the agm, you will see reference to the fact that a cap raising may be one of the triggers for the offer to be invalidated or renigged upon as it may represent a material change in circumstance.
