He could well do Chris - Í don't know what his personal wealth is but I'm sure he's not broke and he could get together a few others and suddenly you have a new partner - they could work under licence from Novogen without any up front payments - GK did create Marshell Edwards (MEIP) way back in 2000/1 & and sat on its board - MEIP ended up owning everything from the old Novogen in the end.
Anything is possible GK knows how to string a deal..
