1. Earliest means after now but before later. The groundrush definitive feasibility was promised in April 2013, then Northern Star was brought in to progress it faster in 2015. Only two you new board members since 2013.

2. I am assuming Northern Star would have had plan for the exploration decline. The decline should expedite ultimate development. So maybe end of 2026 is a decision on if, where and what size the mill should be, get it permitted and then constructed. Ounces coming out in 2027/2028 potentially. The current cash should last until 2025/2026.

3. Gold price could be 2000 or 4000 by the time ounces are being poured.
