    Our resident hero’s on here are underwater ... property in general is going nowhere but down.

    Who in their right mind would buy an investment property right now? They’re over valued to buggary, provide a skinny return less than cash, a certain capital loss awaits in which no amount of rent increases will ever get that back, then there’s the risk with tenants, rent control etc.
